Tinc ganes de ressenyar una nova botiga de cerveses per internet. Lúpulo a Malsalva. He fet una primera compra i les ampolles m’han arribat en un temps rècord. Encara tenen un catàleg petit, però és evident que tenen molta cura de què inclouen i què no i el fan crèixer de manera molt intel·ligent. A part d’algunes microcerveseries nacionals, basen les seues Ales en dues grans cerveseres independents angleses que, sigui dit, al meu parer són les més importants: Samuel Smith i Shepherd Neame. També venen altres coses belgues, etc. de les quals no parlaré perquè ni m’interessen ni en tinc cap idea.
Potser el bon producte que tenen i el bon servei ja foren prou motiu per fer-los un post, però és a més tenen un blog del tot irreverent i divertit que no us podeu perdre.

The catalogue is still small, but it’s obvious that they have a lot of care about what to include or not and it is growing in a very intelligent direction. They have some national microbreweries but the interesting point for me is that they base their ales list in two independent UK breweries that I respect and admire a lot: Samuel Smith and Shepherd Neame. They also sell other Belgian stuff, etc.. which don’t interest me at all.
Maybe the good product and good service are enough reason to write a post about them, but there’s also an absolutely crazy and funny blog that you shouldn’t miss.
